Music in the City, Southampton’s premier live music event is back for its 9th year celebrating the wonderful diversity of musical talent from the Solent area.We are proud to offer our residents and visitors an opportunity to enjoy a FREE festival with a fantastic range of musical delights performed in some of the quirkiest places!

King John’s Palace (at the back of Tudor House)was built in 1180 and is one of the finest examples of Norman architecture in the country! This is a Music in the City

1.00pm Brian Hooper and Jeff Henry – songs about life, love and Southampton
1.45pm  Goldrush Harmony – great harmonies of CSN, Eagles, America.
2.30pm Jim Chorley – Acoustic/Folk singer-songwriter.
3.00pm Nick Tann Trio – jazz, blues,and country – based ideas
4.00pm Pammie Moore –  singer-songwriter
4.30pm BREAK

6.30pm Nathan Cannon – singer entertainer
7.15pm Twangdillo -close harmony vocal and ukulele trio
8.00pm Ukofonics – a 7-piece electric ukulele band with a twist
